Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
unlinked.pro is a professional-record and publishing service operated by Wizewerx Ltd, trading as unlinked.pro. These terms govern your use of the service (unlinked.pro and subdomains). By using the service, you agree to these terms. For what content is and is not permitted, see our Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Definitions
- •"Service" means unlinked.pro and all features offered under it.
- •"We", "us", "our" means Wizewerx Ltd, trading as unlinked.pro, the operator of the Service.
- •"You", "your" means the person using the Service.
- •"Member" means a registered user with an active account.
2. Use of the service
unlinked.pro requires an account to create and publish your own professional profile and writing.
You agree to use the service responsibly. You will not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the infrastructure. Automated bulk access (scripts, bots) requires prior written consent.
3. Accounts
You may create an account via Google OAuth, LinkedIn OAuth, or email one-time code. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email address associated with your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@unlinked.pro.
4. Membership and payments
Membership is currently free. During the launch period, all accounts are free of charge. We do not collect any payment information, card details, or bank details right now. Nothing costs money during this period.
Paid tiers may open in the future. When that happens, we will communicate the terms — including price, features, and billing cycle — clearly before any charge applies. Membership will be opt-in; we do not intend to use auto-renewal. We will be explicit before anything costs you money.
These terms will be updated to reflect payment and refund commitments at that point. The current version contains no commitments regarding charges, refunds, or payment processors, because none apply.
5. Acceptable use
Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out in full what is and is not permitted on this platform. The summary is:
- •Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- •Do not attempt to identify, doxx, or harass other users or third parties
- •Do not distribute malware, spam, or malicious content through the platform
- •Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
- •Do not impersonate unlinked.pro staff, representatives, or other users
The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Intellectual property
Content you create or publish on the service — your professional profile and writing — remains yours; you retain ownership, and you grant us only the limited licence needed to host and display it on your behalf. The unlinked.pro name, logo, and design are the intellectual property of Wizewerx Ltd. You may not use our branding without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting privacy@unlinked.pro. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Governing law
unlinked.pro is operated by Wizewerx Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. The UK GDPR governs the processing of personal data; the EU GDPR also applies to personal data of EU/EEA residents.
Wizewerx Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal data. Full registered company details are on our legal notice, or available on request at support@unlinked.pro.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Substantial changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
